1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be processed under the following conditions:
- Unsuccessful Job Placement: If a worker is unable to secure a job within the specified time frame despite completing the registration process, a refund may be issued. This applies if the worker has not been selected for any job opportunity offered through SahlaJob.com.
- Cancellation of Service Before Job Placement: If a worker decides to cancel their membership or service before they have been placed with an employer, they are eligible for a partial refund (as described below), subject to administrative fees.
- Non-fulfillment of Temporary Employment: In the case that a worker cannot be provided with temporary employment in India, as promised while awaiting international employment, a partial refund may be requested.
2. Refund Process
- Request for Refund: To request a refund, the worker must submit a formal request via email to support@sahlajob.com, outlining the reason for the request. The request must include relevant details such as the worker’s membership ID and any supporting documentation to substantiate the claim.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of the request.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used during the registration or transaction process. If payment was made through another party (such as an employer or relative), the refund will be issued to them directly.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are non-refundable, including:
- Visa Application Fees: Once the visa application process has been initiated for the worker, visa fees are non-refundable.
- Placement Fees: If a worker has been successfully placed with an employer, the placement service fee is non-refundable.
- Temporary Employment: If a worker has been placed in temporary employment while awaiting international placement, no refund will be provided after the temporary job has been accepted.
4. Partial Refunds
If a worker is eligible for a refund, it will be calculated as follows:
- Before Job Placement: A worker can request a refund of 50% of the membership fee if they cancel their registration before being successfully placed.
- After Temporary Employment or Partial Placement: If the worker has participated in temporary employment or been partially placed, a 25% refund may be issued.
5. Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
- Worker’s Voluntary Withdrawal: If a worker voluntarily withdraws from the process after being successfully placed or after the visa application has been processed.
- Employer’s Cancellation: If the employer cancels the placement or contract after the worker has been placed, Sahla Enterprises will not be responsible for issuing a refund. In such cases, the worker is encouraged to reach out to the employer directly to resolve any issues.
6. Changes in Service Terms
Sahla Enterprises reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes to the refund policy will be communicated to workers through email or posted on SahlaJob.com.
